  • Provide a forum for discussion, debate, and exploration of new and evolving topics without advocating for practices that are not, or are not yet, adequately based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning.
  • Avoid endorsing unscientific approaches to diagnostic or therapeutic methodologies, or promoting recommendations, treatments, or manners of practice that present risks or dangers that outweigh the benefits or are known to be ineffective.
  • Identify barriers healthcare professionals, teams or institutions encounter to making improvements and pose strategies to overcome them.
  • Offer supportive strategies and materials as supplements to education to facilitate individual and team change.
